Installation and integration of a 5 MW start-up burner for the bubbling fluidized bed (BFB) boiler at Paide CHP plant. The system provides controlled furnace and bed preheating during boiler cold/warm start-ups and supports flame stabilization during main biofuel quality fluctuations.
