Steam & Hot Water Boiler Maintenance
We provide physical inspection, diagnostics, parameter tuning, and scheduled maintenance for boiler islands and auxiliary balance-of-plant systems.
Services include auditing operating parameters, inspecting heat exchange surface fouling, checking isolation and control valves, verifying instrumentation, testing control automation and ESD safety loops, and evaluating thermal efficiency.
Industrial Burner Servicing
We execute diagnostic health checks and combustion tuning for industrial burners operating on natural gas, off-gases of variable composition, fuel oils, and dual-fuel systems.
We verify flame stability, firing turndown ratios, air-fuel stoichiometric ratios, igniter assembly performance, flame scanners, burner management systems (BMS), and safety trip valves. Deliverables include parameter tuning logs and long-term operating guidelines.
Process Plant Operational Support
We offer ongoing engineering advisory and technical field support for operating industrial and power facilities.
Support scope includes:

Modernization & Upgrade Recommendations
Based on diagnostic findings, we engineer tailored revamp proposals for mechanical equipment and process systems.
Upgrades may encompass operating regime optimization, component revamps or replacements, automation modernization, energy recovery integration, and elimination of physical process constraints.
Techno-economic evaluations, CAPEX estimates, and implementation schedules are executed under separate engineering work orders upon receipt of baseline inputs.
