Industrial automation
We design complete Instrumentation & Control (I&C) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS/PLC): from instrument indexes and functional control narratives to system architecture, control enclosures, software configuration, and plantwide system integration.
Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineering
We engineer measurement, loop control, and safety instrumented systems (SIS) for industrial processing plants.
Engineering documentation packages include:
• Monitored and controlled process parameter indexes
• Sizing and selection of sensors, transmitters, gas/liquid analyzers, control valves, and actuators
• Input/Output (I/O) signal schedules
• Control loop schematics and Hook-Up drawings
• External interconnection and terminal wiring diagrams
• Cable schedules and routing plans
• Instrument location plans and containment tray layouts
• Equipment specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Installation, site testing, and commissioning guidelines
Field instruments are specified based on process fluid properties, measurement accuracy standards, ambient conditions, and hazardous area zone classifications (ATEX/IECEx).
Automation & Control Systems Architecture
We design high-level automation structures for Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
We define hierarchical control levels, programmable logic controller (PLC) configurations, operator workstation topology, industrial ethernet network topologies, network redundancy schemes, protocol interfaces, and enterprise system integration.
Deliverables include overall system architecture diagrams, functional design specifications (FDS), I/O lists, and hardware/software technical requirement packages.
Multi-Vendor Integration & System Unification
We integrate heterogeneous equipment packages and third-party vendor skids into unified supervisory control architecture. We engineer industrial data exchange interfaces, cross-map I/O signal registers, and harmonize control logic across local package PLCs, central PLCs, SCADA networks, and enterprise management layers.
During plant modernizations and revamps, we tie new skid controls into existing process control systems, accounting for spare controller CPU margins, bus network capacity, and specific client preferences.
