We review design solutions, technical documentation, and baseline process safeguards. We provide technical support to manage and close out recommendations from HAZOP and LOPA studies.

Industrial Safety Audit

We conduct independent engineering safety audits of greenfield and operating process units to uncover hazardous scenario paths, design deficiencies, and potential gaps in safety measures.

Audit scope includes:

• Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), P&IDs, and process descriptions
• Physical properties and inventories of hazardous chemicals
• Design limits, operating envelopes, and emergency ranges
• Process control loops, interlocks, and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS)
• Hazardous Area Classification (ATEX) adequacy
• Equipment specification suitability for severe duty conditions
• Closeout status of prior HAZOP, LOPA, and PHA recommendation items
• Interdisciplinary alignment across Process, I&C, Electrical, and Safety packages
• Compliance of engineering documentation with international safety standards

Deliverables include a comprehensive audit report detailing identified gaps, safety risks, and prioritized engineering recommendations to improve process safety integrity.

Industrial safety audits are provided as third-party engineering advisory services. They do not include construction quality inspections, nor do they replace statutory third-party code compliance inspections or legal conformity assessments.

Design Review & Safety Engineering Evaluation

We perform targeted safety engineering reviews of project design packages prior to procurement and construction.

We verify:

• Completeness of baseline safety design data
• Proper integration of chemical hazard characteristics
• Technical validity of selected process engineering schemes
• Provision of sufficient independent safeguards and emergency systems
• Consistency across Process, Instrumentation, and Electrical disciplines
• Incorporation of fire and explosion protection codes
• Integration of recommendations from process risk studies

Deliverables include a detailed technical query and engineering recommendation log. This review serves as internal design assurance and does not replace statutory regulatory approvals.

Safety Action Item Closeout Management

We support project engineering teams in implementing and closing out recommendations generated during HAZOP, LOPA, and PHA workshops.

We evaluate proposed engineering revisions, analyze their impact on process operations, verify correct implementation within revised P&IDs and design deliverables, and maintain an updated Recommendation Tracking Register.
