We establish baseline technical specifications and evaluate operating envelopes, metallurgy, mechanical design, scope of supply, reliability metrics, and ease of maintenance.

Deliverables: Technical datasheets and approved vendor lists (AVL).

Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Datasheet Engineering

We define process measurement parameters, wetted material compatibility, process connections, calibration ranges, accuracy tolerances, hazardous area certifications (ATEX/IECEx), and auxiliary accessories.

We prepare detailed instrument datasheets and technical requisition packages for Request for Quotation (RFQ) issuance.

Vendor Bid Evaluation & Technical Bid Analysis (TBA)

We perform Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) comparing vendor proposals against engineering specifications, identifying technical exceptions, and evaluating options across supply completeness, delivery lead times, CAPEX, and operational suitability.

Deliverables: Technical bid evaluation reports and vendor award recommendations.

Vendor Technical Document Review

We review vendor engineering calculations, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, datasheets, material test reports (MTRs), compliance certificates, and connection interfaces prior to purchase order placement or fabrication clearance.

Deliverables: Review comment sheets and approved final vendor documentation packages.
