Pilot Technology Engineering

Pilot Plant & Industrial Testing
We draft testing protocols and methodologies for validating new equipment and process technologies under near-operational conditions. Testing can be executed directly on the Client's operating site or in partner specialized testing laboratories (e.g., TalTech).
We supervise trial execution, process test results, and evaluate system efficiency, reliability, safety, and overall technology readiness level (TRL) for commercial rollout.
Industrial Ecology Solutions
We investigate and engineer specialized technical solutions dedicated to minimizing the environmental impact of industrial processing facilities.
Services include emission generation profiling, evaluation of best available techniques (BAT), conceptual design of treatment processes, engineering calculations, and feasibility assessments for advanced treatment or waste utilization methods.
