Commissioning works

We deliver verification, tuning, cold/hot commissioning, and integrated performance testing for industrial process and power generation equipment prior to commercial handover.

Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Works

Commissioning scope covers:

• Readiness inspection of process equipment and utility systems
• Individual loop checks and functional dry-runs
• Cold tuning and hot functional commissioning
• Verification of safety interlocks, alarms, and ESD trip limits
• Optimization and tuning of process control parameters
• Variable load performance testing
• Integrated operational trials of interconnected plant systems
• Test logging and execution protocol generation
• Operations and maintenance team training

Work scope and acceptance criteria are aligned with detailed engineering documentation, OEM guidelines, and approved commissioning procedure plans.

Equipment Erection Supervision (Vendor Advisory)

We provide specialized technical advisory during equipment assembly and mechanical installation. We assist installation contractors, clarify vendor engineering drawings, oversee assembly sequences, and check critical alignment tolerances, clearances, and nozzle tie-in points.

Identified non-conformances are logged with immediate corrective recommendations. Erection supervision provides engineering oversight and complements, but does not relieve, installation contractors of their quality obligations.

Performance Testing & Startup Assistance

We perform comprehensive operational testing of process units across designed operating ranges. We evaluate subsystem interactions, record operational baseline parameters, and confirm compliance with performance guarantees.

If operational variances occur, we troubleshoot root causes and assist in executing immediate corrective measures.

Deliverables include formal test protocols, punch list registers, controller setting sheets, and long-term operating guidelines. Final statutory startup and permit authorization are finalized by the Client according to local regulations.

Operating Instruction Cards (Mode Cards)

We formulate equipment operating mode cards based on process design calculations and empirical startup test findings.

Operating mode cards specify:

• Allowable operating envelopes and limits
• Key monitored process variables
• Optimal fuel, air, and process medium stoichiometric ratios
• Control loop setpoints and valve tuning thresholds
• Safe operating boundaries and trip interlocks
• Operator response protocols for process upsets

Operating mode cards serve as essential day-to-day references for plant operators to maintain stable, energy-efficient, and safe equipment performance.
